I joined the production late, with nearly 90% of the film already shot and more than 180 hours of footage to work through. What it didn't yet have was a clear story. Working closely with the director, I dug into the material, found the narrative, and helped shape Friberg's life and legacy into a feature documentary.

Editing was only part of the job. I shot additional interviews, sourced archival and stock footage, created titles and motion graphics, and collaborated with our sound designer to create AI-assisted voiceover where needed. Each challenge required a different solution, and I took on whatever role was needed to help bring the film across the finish line.
FROM EDIT BAY TO AUDIENCE
After nearly a year in post-production, the film was locked and ready for audiences. Legendary broadcaster Jim Nantz lent his voice as narrator, adding another layer to the finished story. The documentary went on to earn festival selections and a “Most Creative” award, and is now available to stream on Prime Video.
